The day after I called to request service, Steve and Derrick arrived and diagnosed the issue with our garage door and got it fixed within an hour. Door Serv Pro is an absolute pleasure to work with, from the answering service to the tech (Cody). Everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. Cody arrived on time, broke down all the options and had my garage door running like a charm in about an hour. He even took a moment to make the dog feel comfortable with his presence on the property 😊. The pricing is right. As I found out today this is a locally owned (family) company. That makes my decision seem even better. Thank you.

Nathan was great! He explained everything that was needed for the garage door and gave a full breakdown of what needed immediate attention and what could wait for a bit longer. Had the work done in less than an hour! Absolutely the best service for home repairs that we have received!

I had my garage door break on the night before one of the last days of decent motorcycle weather for the year and it trapped my bike inside. I emailed around midnight explaining my problem. By 730 am I had a reply email and since I didn’t see it, I had a phone call by 7:56am and Nathan and Derrick at my house by 8:30am same day. They checked it out, gave me a run down and gave me multiple tiers of repairs they could do to that would work for me. All in all, A+, when it’s time to upgrade I’ll be calling them back. Gotta ride!

We purchased a garage door opener from Lowes and paid ahead for the installation. There was a misunderstanding about when my appointment was supposed to be because Lowe’s confirmed my appointment using an online service before the company actually knew about it, but on the day of my appointment they made it right and Dale from Door Serv Pro came out and did an amazing job with my installation. He was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. I don’t believe he was at my home for a whole hour from start to finish. Was obvious he knew the products well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of garage door service.

Door Serv Pro did an excellent job fixing my door. Steven, the tech, explained everything in detail for me. Did not try to over sell. The company kept in contact w/me & let me know when Steven was on his way. Took about an hour. The door sounds like it’s brand new !! I highly recommend this company.

Party Time excellent! Nathan was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He was in and out with an estimate and time line in less than 15 minutes. Nathan replaced a broken hinge and roller to make the door “sort of” work manually with gentle care. The only downside was a quoted 3 to 4 week wait for repairs and replacement. Having limited or no access to garage for a month is going to be an issue. We build cars and have several active projects that will be interrupted. Overall a good experience though. Any chance the timeline can be pushed quicker? That would certainly make the sticker shock settle easier…

Last week our garage door decided to take a horrible crash on us. Tracks, springs, and rollers failed. Door completely fell to the ground. I called 3 companies 2 said we needed a new door and repair was not an option and garage doors are on back order so it wouldn’t be completed until next year. Called Door serv Pro I was told they’ll have someone out by Monday 9am. I was under the assumption that he was coming to do an estimate. I was wrong he came earlier than expected got straight to work repaired the door under 2 hours very professional. The price was more than reasonable I would highly recommended this company to anyone in need.
