Paul Wiese founded Door Serv Pro in 2016 with a simple mission: deliver honest, high-quality garage door service to homeowners and businesses across the tri-state region. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the garage door industry, Paul has built Door Serv Pro from a one-man operation into a trusted company with six office locations serving West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

From Technician to Business Owner

Paul started his career as a garage door technician, learning the trade from the ground up — springs, cables, tracks, openers, and full installations. That deep technical knowledge still drives how Door Serv Pro operates today. Every technician on the team is trained to Paul's standards: diagnose thoroughly, explain clearly, price fairly, and never cut corners.

Clopay Dealer

Under Paul's leadership, Door Serv Pro became a Clopay dealer, giving customers access to the highest-quality residential and commercial garage doors on the market. Paul personally oversees the company's relationships with manufacturers including Clopay and LiftMaster to ensure the team always has access to the best products and parts.

Paul is deeply committed to the communities Door Serv Pro serves. The company actively supports veterans' organizations, cancer research charities, and local community initiatives. Paul believes that a business should give back to the people who trust it with their homes — and he leads by example.

When he's not running the business, Paul can be found working alongside his team in the field, mentoring new technicians, or spending time with his family in the Shenandoah Valley.
